Eliminating Targets Grants Access

In the Colorado mission "Freedom Fighters," you are tasked with eliminating four targets: Sean Rose, Maya Parvati, Ezra Berg, and Penelope Graves. Once all four targets have been eliminated, you will gain access to the Tornado Shelter.

Investigation Begins

After gaining access to the shelter, you can investigate it to find valuable items and information. The shelter is a large space with multiple rooms, so be sure to explore every nook and cranny.
